Kukri Sports, an international sportswear provider, supplying bespoke sportswear. Partnered with thousands of grass-roots clubs, as well as elite teams, including Ulster Rugby, Team England, Lancashire County Cricket Club and Leicester Tigers.
The company launched into the sportswear industry in 1999, and the business grew at a incredible rate. However, the brand image of being youthful and playful was lost to customers, who perceived the brand as erratic, no confidence and most of all incompetent.
In 2014, as Brand Manager my task was to change the way Kukri was perceived within the market. To shift focus from being fun and playful, to a business which is professional and highly valued.

From building a solid foundation, we ensured all attack plans were aligned with Kukri's values, vision and within budget. From developing and directing photoshoots, to innovational videos, we promoted bespoke product ranges across all business sectors. Driving consistency across digital channels, we increased engagement by up to 300%, we did this by promoting elite partnerships, events, product innovation and incentives.
